Nursery

Our Indigenous Plant Nursery is a joint initiative between Bellarine Landcare and Bellarine Secondary College.

Our manager leads a team of dedicated volunteers to grow over two hundred species of local native plants. Over twenty years, we have grown one million plants to restore local biodiversity.

The nursery is a hub for education, where secondary school students learn practical skills for horticulture and agriculture. Local residents learn to select appropriate plants for their area.
